30 Day Life Improvement Plan - Day 9 A Self Improvement Classic

Moving forward.  : ) Today's exercises should take about 45 minutes.  I'll just cut straight to the chase and list the steps:

1.  Vividly describe your Ideal Day.  
      How do you feel when you wake up?
      What does your room look like?
      Where do you live?
      What kind of food do you eat?
      What kind of clothes do you wear?
      What kind of car do you drive?
      What kind of work do you do?
      How do you spend your leisure time? 
      Do you spend your time alone or with friends?
      What do you and your friends talk about?
      Overall, how do you feel?  More energized?  Calm?  Patient?  Self-Confident?

2.  Declutter for 15 minutes
     If this time is too much for you, you can do something simple, like clean out
     your pockets, purse or a small file.
